The service offered is the door-to-door transport of passengers coming from or going to the different airports: Orly, Charles de Gaulle Roissy(CDG), Beauvais as well as those going to all other destinations in Paris and its near suburbs, and more generally the destinations negotiated by mutual agreement.

Parishuttle Lowcost reserves the right to implement, at any time, updates to the conditions defined in the present terms (evolution of the regulation in force, pricing, etc…).

1- Intellectual property :


The set of data, texts, information, images or any other content diffused on our website is a subject of protection under the intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, utilization or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the elements of the site without the express agreement written by PARISHUTTLE-LOWCOST constitutes an act of infringement sanctioned by the Code of Intellectual Property.
All marks or any other distinctive sign that appear on our site are a property of PARISHUTTLE-LOWCOST. Any reproduction and any usage are therefore forbidden, except in case of a prior authorisation written by PARISHUTTLE-LOWCOST.

2- Booking

Parishuttle Lowcost will register your reservation and, at your request, we will be able to supply an invoice indicating the HT (Exclusive-of-Tax),TVA (Value-Added-Tax) amount and the TTC (All-Taxes-Included) amount .
A reservation on line could be done up to 48 hours before your travel, whether for a departure, arrival or a round trip transfer. By phone, the reservation for a transfer on the very day could be accepted, depending on the real time availability of our vehicles.

Last minute reservations (less than 24 hours vefore the pick up time)

Reservations have to be made 48 hours in advance either by phone or through the website.

For last minute reservations, it is needed to call the company to check for cars availability.

The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation made less than 24 hours in advance if it has no cars available at the time chosen by the customer.

The price of a last minute reservation may be higher than the price indicated on the website.

Booking rides after midnight:

Transfer reservations with arrival or departure time after midnight must be confirmed by phone in order to check the availability of the vehicles and to apply nightly rates.


Unless there is a prior agreement, in case you haven’t carried out the payment of your transport before the due deadline, as indicated by ourselves or by our agent or site, we can cancel your reservation and dispose of the freed seat.
You recognize that personal information details that concern you have been supplied to us by yourself in order to complete your reservation. You authorize us to hold such information in our computer system. That information must comply with the regulation in force namely concerning the instructions of the NCIL (National Commission of Informatics and Liberty). According to the French law concerning “informatics & freedom” n°78-17 of 06/01/1979, you have the right to log in and rectify the data that concern you. You can exercise that right with our services by simply submitting a letter or an e-mail.
Our services strive to honour your requests with utmost punctuality; yet, in case of force majeure, Parishuttle LOWCOST reserves the right to suggest to you alternative solutions.

3- Transport conditions

Our tariffs include VAT, without extra charge for luggage. All occupied seats are supposed to be chargeable. All the baggage is accepted, but in case of exceptional sizes or very important volumes, please consult us for a preliminary consent.
The principle to be held is that of carrying 8 pax at most using our Volkswagen Caravelle vehicles available in the time being. Our shuttles are “No Smoking” Shuttles.
All the passengers must fasten their individual safety belts.
The transport of one or more persons is not possible unless a reservation duly registered beforehand exists in our planning. The principle to be held is that the vehicle is allowed to carry 8 pax at most. Those persons may form one group or be a set of people with different destinations. In compliance with the regulation in force, all the passengers dispose of safety belts and are required to use them.
The conveyance times indicated on our website are supplied just for your guidance and they rest on accurate knowledge of Paris and its region. Please note that during a reservation treatment our system takes into account times that might seem to you to be long, but which are based on our daily observation of the traffic flux in Parisian agglomeration. However, traffic difficulties which are independent of our will could alter the expected conveyance times without engaging our responsibility which is that of the obligation of means.

4- Pricing

The pricing principle takes into account a number of persons taken in charge at only one point and discharged at only one point. Our tariffs in force are available on line and their consultation is free.
Our tariffs include VAT, without extra charges for luggage. All occupied seats are reputed to be chargeable, with express exception of infants under 2 years of age who can travel gracefully.
All the baggage is accepted, but in case of exceptional sizes or very important volumes, please consult us for a preliminary consent.
Pets travel with the luggage in a cage designed for the purpose and belonging to their owners. As for small pets, they should be put in a covered basket under sole custody of their masters.
Charges of our services are paid directly on our website by means of secured tele-payment.

5- Cancellation, modification

Any cancellation or modification of one or more reservations implies filing and management charges, but they can be done according to following conditions:

Cancellation

A cancellation 72 hours before the due time of take-charge is free.

20% of the reservation proceedings is retained for a cancellation done 48 hours before departure time.
50% of the reservationproceedings is retained for a cancellation done on the very day of the departure.
no penalty is applied in case you submit to us a justification from your air company.

Modification

All modifications on line, 24 hours (2, 3 days etc…) before the date of the travel, are totally free providing they result in no prejudice for Parishuttle Lowcost as well as for the other clients expected to be conveyed by the vehicle concerned.
Any modification occurring fewer than 24 hours before the date of the travel can be implemented only through calling our services, from 9 a.m to 6 p.m Paris local time ( from 9 a.m to 12 a.m on week-ends). Extra charges will be concluded by phone and by mutual agreement and are reputed to be paid immediately.

6- Payments

Payment with Credit Cards is insured by our partner C.I.C Banque, renowned for the viability of its transactions on line.
Any transaction carried out between us will be encrypted on your computer before it reaches us according to SSL protocol. Since the beginning of this transaction process, a little padlock appears on your screen. No piece of bank information will circulate in clear on the internet; they are all encrypted on your computer before reaching us.

7- Law, litigations

Our general terms are amenable to the French law.
